Launched in 2012 by Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar in partnership with Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health, the “Your Health First” campaign promotes healthy lifestyles among Qatar's population, especially youth and children.

  • Promote healthy eating and physical activity.

  • Encourage sustainable and preventive health habits.

  • Inspire long-term wellness through community engagement.

๐Ÿชด Greenhouse Project

  • Distributed vegetable and fruit seeds, soil, and farming tools to schools.

  • Supervised planting activities to teach students the value of nutrition and physical activity.

๐Ÿฅ— Healthy Cafeteria

  • Introduced the “Healthy Choice” concept in school cafeterias.

  • Offered nutritious meal options and displayed food education posters.
